We are searching for a talented and dedicated Landscaper to join our team. You will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape overall appearance and design, removing weeds and dead plants, and supervising repairs. As the Landscaper, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

The irrigation technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of assigned properties. This position is responsible for ensuring that the irrigation system is properly maintained and operating at peak efficiency. Job Duties in include Instalingl irrigation timers, piping and valves. Repair irrigation pipe and fittings, sprinklers heads, electrical components and central irrigation control computers. Perform general and seasonal system maintenance. Test irrigation systems for proper functioning of valves and timers; Record detailed inspections. Read diagrams and blueprints to layout and locate irrigation valves, timers and wiring. Locate, excavate and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment. Think critically to solve problems and complete repairs with minimal impact to lawn or landscape. Ability to assess water efficiency and make adjustments to quickly correct over or under watering. Be proactive with diagnosing and repairing any irrigation issues.

Planning, scheduling, and implementing the tasks of multiple field crews for commercial landscape. Interacting on a regular basis with assigned clients and  general contractors. Monitoring and maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for all property issues and solutions. Responsible for field safety training and daily oversight to assure that every crew member is working safely. Over see employees and daily operations 

Must be highly organized, resourceful and a strong multi-tasker.  At minimum, three years of prior experience.

Responsible for all aspects of sales including in person selling, marketing, and customer service. Other non-selling tasks include (but are not limited to) administration, production and training. Communicate our services to meet client expectations. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and prospective clientele. Prepare estimates for clients and potential customers.  Produce professionally-written proposals and communications for clientele for the company.
